This site is dedicated to everyone out there who is unhappy with the shape of their bodies.
If you want to lose weight, gain muscle or improve your fitness then you have come to
the right place. I'm sure that whether you're a beginner or regular gym user this website will
contain something for you.. Remember, there is no quick fix, magic powder or drink to buy or any
secret formula or routine you need to know.
If you think there is or if you think changing your body shape or improving your fitness is easy
then, please, feel free to leave now.
However, if you do stay, then be prepared for honest opinions, facts and the truth about weight
gain and weight loss.
I have been exercising for over 30 years and have spent a lot of money and wasted a lot of time
on things I didnt need and followed wrong advice.Take a look at the Facts and Myths page and see
if you have heard any of the statements there.
